hirify.global is hiring for a manufacturing engineering leadership role supporting co-manufacturing vendors in Shenzhen.

What you will do

• Provide technical governance and engineering standardization for injection molding processes at co-manufacturing vendors.
• Drive improvements in throw-off, cycle time, production output, tooling quality, and mold qualification.
• Provide technical leadership, training, and management for vendor process engineering teams.
• Coordinate with co-manufacturing, manufacturing operations, production, quality, engineering, and tooling teams.
• Establish best practices with company-owned and operated plants and manage overhead costs and savings.
• Build a LEAN culture and drive continuous improvement in daily operations.

Requirements

• Engineering background with solid hands-on experience in injection molding processes.
• Deep expertise in injection molding engineering and the ability to lead, coach, and develop process engineers.
• Understanding of the Scientific Molding Method and the ability to apply and set up injection molding processes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
• Good spoken and written English required.
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement them during production runs.
