What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries and communicate order dispositions.
- Expedite critical orders, track orders, process backlogs, and handle stock queries.
- Prepare quotes, process invoices and returns, and resolve discrepancies and customer credit issues.
- Investigate and resolve customer claims and complaints fairly and in accordance with consumer laws.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and performance metrics.
- Maintain electronic and hard-copy records and collaborate with internal and external contacts.
Requirements
- At least five years of related work experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer, email, phone, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in more than one language may be required.
- Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and handle complex assignments.
