Business Manager - AI Business Applications (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform): Driving growth across professional and managed services by developing client relationships, shaping solutions, and leading services-led sales cycles with an accent on consultative selling, stakeholder engagement, and Microsoft Cloud value. Focus on building pipeline coverage, managing forecasts, negotiating proposals, and identifying renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.

What you will do
- Build trusted client relationships and drive long-term value from Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Develop new business through targeted campaigns and expand opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Practice Leadership to shape solutions and deliver customer outcomes.
- Maintain a high-quality pipeline with 3x coverage, accurate forecasts, and consistent CRM discipline.
- Identify renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across Microsoft Cloud and managed services.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of CRM, CX, and CCaaS markets.
- Experience selling Microsoft solutions such as Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and BI.
- Proven success selling consultancy and managed services through a solution-led, account management approach.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business challenges into value-driven solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication, proposal writing, negotiation, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
- Collaborative, self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently to tight deadlines.
