What you will do

• Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices.
• Build custom applications, workflows, Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and automated fulfillment processes.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, middleware platforms, and reusable enterprise integration services.
• Support ServiceNow products including ITSM, HRSD, SPM, Employee Center, Knowledge Management, and Now Assist.
• Participate in architecture and code reviews, platform upgrades, release management, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• Monitor platform health, performance, reliability, and availability while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Seven years of related functional experience, or a bachelor’s degree in Technology, Science, Business, or a related field with equivalent experience.
• Experience managing the lifecycle of technical solutions and deep expertise in relevant platform products, processes, and architecture.
• Knowledge of technology architecture, infrastructure, networking, security, software principles, IT Service Management, Change Management, and Incident Management.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and ITIL delivery or operational models.
• Strong communication, relationship management, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience leading technical aspects of large-scale projects and working with internal and external vendors.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR Service Delivery and AI capabilities such as Now Assist.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or ITSM Implementation Specialist certification.
