Xantium Academy Fellow (Trading and Analysis)

Location: Based in London, England, or New York, New York; classroom training is hosted at one of the main offices.

Compensation: New York-based Fellows can expect $150,000–$175,000+ annual base salary, plus a large annual bonus.

What you will do

• Conduct fundamental and quantitative research on market dynamics, industry trends, and company-specific data.
• Build and maintain financial models, assess company valuations, and monitor portfolio risks.
• Analyze pricing and simulate market dynamics to support trading desks.
• Assist with trade execution and lifecycle management.
• Deliver business initiatives and real-world projects alongside Portfolio Managers, Analysts, and Traders.
• Collaborate with colleagues across London, New York, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Requirements

• Strong academic and extracurricular record at university.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets, company research, trading, or business strategy.
• Adaptability and self-direction when moving between academic theory and hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with executive leadership and global colleagues.
• Intellectual curiosity and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, rigorous investment environment.
• Ability to be based in London or New York for the fellowship.
