Expected annual base salary: $90,000–$125,000, with additional discretionary bonuses and potential equity or incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Own the execution, settlement, and tracking of investment transactions across funds and portfolio investments.
• Prepare investment allocations, fund flows, investor materials, financial forecasts, memos, and presentations.
• Interpret complex fund documents and legal agreements.
• Build automated reporting and reduce manual operational processes.
• Create and present internal reporting materials to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with investment, Accounting, Valuations, Tax, Legal & Compliance, Investor Relations, Audit, and offshore teams on reporting and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or another business-related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in asset management or financial services.
• Understanding of investment instruments and key financial metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
