Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA)- SRT Analyst (Credit)

Location: New York, United States

Expected annual base salary: $110,000–$140,000, plus discretionary bonuses and potential equity or other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Perform credit and cash flow analysis on investment opportunities.
• Develop trade ideas and support investment pitches.
• Assist with transaction structuring and investment committee deliverables.
• Support fund management, reporting, and returns analysis.
• Evaluate corporate credit metrics, including leverage ratios, loan-to-value ratios, and structural seniority.
• Manage ad hoc projects independently and contribute to the team’s growing investment mandate.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience.
• Knowledge of the corporate credit landscape across sectors and jurisdictions.
• Experience with public and private credit markets and credit analysis of corporate credit instrument portfolios.
• Experience with structured finance products and complex financial models.
• Experience using Bloomberg, data analytics, and AI tools such as Snowflake, CoPilot Studio, or Claude Code.
• Strong analytical, time management, communication, presentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
