Principal Software Developer (CRM)

Location: Remote in Poland

Salary: 370,000–378,000 PLN annually

What you will do

• Define architecture, technical strategy, and engineering standards across multiple CRM-space teams on the ABC Glofox platform.
• Design large-scale, data-intensive systems spanning segmentation, CRM workflows, and shared platform paths.
• Improve reliability, performance, observability, production readiness, and operability across CRM data paths.
• Align technical direction with engineering leads, product stakeholders, CRM Ops, Connect, and partner squads.
• Mentor engineers and technical leads, lead design reviews, and resolve complex technical problems.
• Lead high-severity cross-team incidents, platform migrations, integrations, migration tooling, data cutovers, dual-run strategies, and webhook architecture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with proven staff- or principal-level technical impact.
• Deep systems design experience with distributed, data-intensive products spanning multiple teams and services.
• Strong judgment in architecture trade-offs, production readiness, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
• Hands-on experience delivering large data or platform migrations, including tooling, cutover, rollback, and dual-run operability.
• Experience establishing engineering standards across multiple squads and influencing senior engineering and product stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of agile development, continuous delivery, quality, and testing principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang or Java services at scale.
• Experience with large MySQL or other relational data platforms, MongoDB, and query federation or distributed querying systems.
• CRM, marketing technology, audience, or segmentation domain experience.
• Experience leading complex multi-team incidents and applying AI in software delivery or CRM products.
