Treasurer (FinTech)

Location: Ukraine; hybrid work format

hirify.global is a fast-growing business group operating across iGaming, fintech, payments, and other business functions.

What you will do

• Process payments and execute requests using different payment methods.
• Work with payment aggregators and payment service provider administration panels.
• Prepare and update cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor compliance with cash flow plans and limits.
• Record cash flow statements and transactions in 1C.
• Reconcile balances across PSPs and internal systems and monitor internal transfers.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, treasury, or payment operations.
• Practical experience with payment service providers, payment systems, and alternative payment methods.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with financial data.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; experience with 1C.
• Experience in high-volume transaction environments such as gambling, betting, or fintech is advantageous.
