Manufacturing Operator/ DSP

Location: Schiphol, North Holland, Netherlands; onsite production environment with shift work.

Base pay: €35,000–€53,360 per year, plus an annual bonus or sales commission depending on role and location.

What you will do

• Perform routine production activities according to GMP and SOP guidelines.
• Operate, monitor, and record downstream processing steps.
• Document process data accurately and report deviations or improvement ideas.
• Collaborate with colleagues and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Support continuous improvement and production and quality objectives.
• Complete required training and work flexibly in shifts.

Requirements

• Relevant MBO-2 diploma with at least 3 years of experience, or non-relevant MBO-2 diploma with at least 5 years of experience.
• At least B1 proficiency in Dutch or English.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and business applications.
• Accuracy, quality orientation, flexibility, and a positive attitude.

Nice to have

• Experience with downstream processing or GMP.
