Information Systems Engineer (Microsoft 365)

What you will do

• Design, implement, administer, and manage Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot, Power Platform, and Exchange Online.
• Harden and maintain the security, hygiene, compliance, and data integrity of the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Use PowerShell and automation to improve day-to-day platform operations.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 applications with existing systems and third-party tools to streamline workflows.
• Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements.
• Resolve incidents and act as an escalation point between IT Support and Security teams while contributing to engineering initiatives.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer or in a similar administration and support role.
• Deep knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, Copilot, and Exchange Online.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Microsoft 365 security best practices.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Preferred: five years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Entra ID, Azure DevOps, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Familiarity with Power BI.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert.
