MedTech Field Service Software Update Tech Entry Level Travel - West Coast Timezone (MedTech)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada; travel to healthcare facilities throughout the United States is required. Assignments typically require 1–3 weeks onsite, with three weeks of monthly availability and location within one hour of a major airport.

Salary: $27–$30 per hour.

What you will do

• Organize, test, install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices.
• Install and configure hardware, software, and network products.
• Set up equipment and workstations at customer sites.
• Conduct routine checks and record product test data after installation and configuration.
• Manage project timelines and customer needs while working with healthcare professionals and onsite support teams.

Requirements

• Part-time availability with frequent national travel and 1–3 week onsite assignments is required.
• An active, unrestricted driver license, personal vehicle, and willingness to drive up to three hours from home are required.
• At least one year of related technical experience.
• Comfort with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
• Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment, work independently with minimal supervision, sit and stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Healthcare facility credentialing and required immunizations may be necessary, including tuberculosis testing and specified vaccinations.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of field technical experience involving hardware and software installations.
• Experience in field service, engineering, biomedical technology, maintenance, electronics, electrical work, technical roles, or IT.
• Biomedical Technician experience or relevant military electronics, maintenance, or IT experience.
