Union Relations Lead (Health Tech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Paris, France; candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris.

What you will do

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with French unions, federations, and paritariste institutions.
• Map the social partner ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and define engagement strategies at confederal, federal, and branch levels.
• Represent hirify.global in federations, working groups, congresses, and paritariste institutions.
• Advise Enterprise and Public Sector teams on social partner priorities and introduce relevant contacts during commercial cycles.
• Monitor branch-level dialogue, social protection reforms, and competitor positioning to inform hirify.global’s strategy.
• Build a shared knowledge base, engagement frameworks, documentation processes, and AI tools for social partner relations.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in social partner relations, a union organization, branch federation, paritariste institution, or external affairs role at a mutual insurer, IP, or insurance company.
• Credibility and experience engaging federation leadership at peer level.
• Deep knowledge of the French paritariste ecosystem, branch agreements, confederal mandates, and social protection reforms.
• Proven ability to build trust with social partners and manage senior stakeholders with discretion and consistency.
• Ability to translate hirify.global’s product and strategy into compelling narratives for social partner audiences.
• Demonstrable impact on commercial or strategic outcomes, with the ability to build new capabilities in a fast-growing environment.

Nice to have

• Confederal or federal elected or permanent experience.
• Experience in a paritariste institution or sector federation.
• Legal background in French social law and ability to read collective agreements.
• International experience with European social dialogue.
• Experience with RFPs or tenders involving union-negotiated or paritariste schemes.
