IT Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; onsite R&D role

What you will do

• Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, including devices, identity, access, licenses, and SSO permissions.
• Automate IT workflows using APIs, scripts, and agents, and build checks that identify automation gaps.
• Manage the Mac-first fleet and Windows devices through MDM, covering procurement, maintenance, and secure retirement.
• Manage vendors, tool adoption, licenses, renewals, sourcing, and negotiations.
• Maintain office infrastructure, including networking and AV systems.
• Resolve employee IT issues promptly and document systems and procedures.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of IT operations experience at a technology company.
• Experience with enterprise MDM such as Jamf, Kandji, Intune, JumpCloud, or an equivalent platform.
• Experience with an identity provider such as Okta, Google Workspace, Entra ID, or an equivalent platform.
• Strong macOS skills, working knowledge of Windows, and solid networking fundamentals.
• Experience using AI tools and verifying their output before relying on it.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
