TL;DR
IT Support Specialist (IT Infrastructure): Managing day-to-day IT support, device provisioning, conference room AV, server room infrastructure, and internal IT projects in the Tel Aviv office with an accent on cross-platform administration, infrastructure maintenance, and clear technical documentation. Focus on coordinating maintenance windows, rolling out RBAC and IAM initiatives, supporting compliance and security work, and resolving Jira tickets within SLA targets.
Location: Tel Aviv office, Israel; full-time onsite

What you will do
- Provide day-to-day support for hardware, software, connectivity, and audiovisual issues.
- Provision and configure devices across Mac, Windows, and Linux using JumpCloud, Okta, and related tools.
- Maintain conference room AV systems, including cameras, mixers, microphones, displays, and speakers, and create user guides.
- Document and maintain server room infrastructure, including cabling, backup appliances, GPU servers, access points, switches, and firewalls.
- Coordinate infrastructure maintenance windows, network changes, server upgrades, cabling projects, and vendor installations.
- Own IT projects and operational improvements, including RBAC rollouts, SaaS license tracking, Jira ticket management, runbooks, and automation.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Hands-on experience with a device management platform such as JumpCloud, Jamf, Intune, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace administration and Okta or a similar SSO/IAM platform.
- Comfort supporting Mac, Windows, and Linux environments, as well as conference room AV technology.
- Fluent Hebrew and solid working English, written and spoken, are required.
- Strong documentation, ownership, stakeholder coordination, ticketing, SLA, and KPI management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with NVIDIA DGX or other GPU compute infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Proxmox, or enterprise networking fundamentals.
- Exposure to RBAC or IAM rollouts and scripting with Bash, Python, or similar tools.
- Understanding of GDPR or Israeli Privacy Law compliance requirements.
