Senior IT Architect

Location: Denver HQ T3. Candidates not located in Minneapolis or Denver must be willing to travel to one of these locations.

Salary: $125,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Review and approve projects and work efforts for compliance with architecture standards.
• Track architectural exceptions and assess, report, and reduce technology and architecture risks.
• Provide architecture consultation and direction to delivery and operations teams.
• Lead cross-organizational technical alignment, coaching, and adoption of enterprise architecture standards.
• Develop reference architecture standards, architecture road maps, and technology strategy inputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of related functional experience.
• Architecture experience across network, infrastructure, software, hosting models, mobile platforms, and security.
• Project solution architecture experience and knowledge of enterprise architecture across software, hardware, network, integration, data, and platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, relationship management, and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated technical leadership on large-scale projects.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering GIS solutions with Smallworld or ESRI.
• Experience with MEAN, LAMP, Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, Oracle, or MSQL.
• Experience with TOGAF or FEAF, workflow management, server and network configurations, SDLC delivery, or the energy and utility industry.
