Location: Singapore Pioneer Plant; willingness to work in the Tuas area required

What you will do
- Execute batch-making and packing processes according to the daily production plan.
- Complete job assignments allocated by the team leader.
- Maintain safety and quality standards in the plant.
- Own and maintain assigned equipment in base condition.
- Develop equipment standards, SOPs, job aids, one-point lessons, and Kaizen improvements.
- Execute equipment-related loss-elimination projects and take ownership of up to two site systems.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the Tuas area of Singapore.
