Salary: $191,600–$273,800 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute the enterprise cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, governance framework, policies, standards, and controls.
• Lead security operations, threat detection, vulnerability management, incident response, and disaster recovery planning.
• Oversee Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Azure, and Microsoft 365 security solutions while advancing a Zero Trust approach.
• Drive identity and access management, endpoint security, cloud security, data protection, and enterprise AI security initiatives.
• Manage cyber risk, PCI DSS compliance, third-party security reviews, vendor assessments, audits, and contractual security controls.
• Build and mentor the cybersecurity team and communicate risks, priorities, and recommendations to executives and the Board.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading enterprise cybersecurity programs in a Microsoft-centric environment.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Azure, and Microsoft 365 security tools.
• Experience with security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, cloud security, and identity management.
• Knowledge of NIST, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, and the ability to communicate technical risks to executive and business leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting multi-location retail, hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, or consumer-facing organizations.
• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, GIAC, or Microsoft Security certifications.
• Experience with AI platforms and services such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini.
• Experience in publicly traded or highly regulated organizations.
