Senior Commercial Credit Risk Review Officer

What you will do

• Serve as Reviewer-In-Charge for commercial credit risk reviews.
• Lead discovery, planning, fieldwork, transaction analysis, risk issue identification, and management exit meetings.
• Manage a pipeline of complex and technical commercial loan transactions.
• Continuously monitor assigned loan portfolios and portfolio segments.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of beginner- and intermediate-level credit risk work.
• Evaluate credit delivery infrastructure and complete special projects and research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least seven years of commercial lending experience.
• At least two years of Commercial Credit Risk Review or equivalent Bank Examiner experience.
• Advanced knowledge of loan documentation, credit fundamentals, financial statement analysis, commercial lending, and federal banking regulations.
• Ability to analyze complex commercial real estate and commercial and industrial loan transactions, communicate findings, and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Nice to have

• Commercial Credit Officer experience.
• Workout and Recovery Officer or Special Assets experience.
• RMA Credit Risk Certification (CRC).
