Digital Product Owner

Location: Coppell, Texas, United States; corporate on-site role

Salary: $90,300–$120,400 per year

What you will do

• Oversee the technology product lifecycle for digital website and mobile app solutions.
• Plan product roadmaps and prioritize features and initiatives based on business value.
• Gather requirements, elaborate features, define user stories, and coordinate delivery.
• Work with internal teams, external partners, support teams, and engineering teams to shape solutions and resolve product issues.
• Plan releases, attend Scrum rituals, facilitate design and user experience reviews, and conduct product demos.
• Improve product management processes and practices while aligning products with strategic priorities, KPIs, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• At least 3 years of experience working within Digital or Creative Technology.
• Experience gathering requirements, writing functional specifications, defining features and user stories, and managing product roadmaps.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or SAFe, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication, analytical, planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Product or Agile certifications, such as Certified Product Owner or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
