Onshore Construction Representative

Location: Herzliya, Israel. The position is based in Israel and requires legal authorization to work in Israel.

What you will do

• Lead onshore construction and commissioning for upstream production assets, small and medium capital projects, and turnarounds.
• Direct construction management from project planning through execution, commissioning, and close-out.
• Develop execution plans, procedures, site strategies, schedules, manpower plans, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate construction contractors, subcontractors, vendors, site personnel, and multidisciplinary project stakeholders.
• Lead constructability reviews, hazard identification, risk assessments, safety systems, and quality assurance and control activities.
• Manage budgets, progress reporting, schedule recovery, contract support, document control, demobilization, and final project documentation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Experience in onshore construction, preferably in upstream oil and gas or industrial facilities.
• Experience with piping, mechanical, structural, and electrical construction scopes.
• Knowledge of construction methods, execution strategies, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and quality systems.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary construction and commissioning teams and mentor team members.
• Legally authorized to work in Israel.
