Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Dimona, Israel; onsite at the Dimona factory.

What you will do

• Monitor and improve production processes according to product specifications and quality standards.
• Identify and analyze process issues, recommend improvements, increase efficiency, and reduce waste and cost.
• Create and maintain production documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Research and Development to ensure smooth production processes.
• Run engineering experiments to qualify new processes, raw materials, and equipment, and perform statistical analysis for change validation.
• Train and mentor production and maintenance teams on new processes and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Machinery, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in process engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of statistics.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High-level English speaking and writing skills.
