Process Engineer (Manufacturing): Designing, evaluating, and optimizing production processes at a semiconductor and electronic components factory with an accent on efficiency, waste reduction, product quality, and process validation. Focus on analyzing production issues, qualifying new processes and equipment, running engineering experiments, and performing statistical analysis for change validation.
Location: Dimona, Israel; onsite at the Dimona factory.

What you will do
- Monitor and improve production processes in line with product specifications and quality standards.
- Analyze process issues and implement solutions that improve efficiency and reduce waste and cost.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, and other production documentation.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Research and Development departments to support smooth production operations.
- Train and mentor production and maintenance teams on new processes and equipment.
- Run engineering experiments to qualify new processes, raw materials, and equipment, and perform statistical analysis for change validation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Machinery, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in process engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good knowledge of statistics.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High-level English proficiency required for speaking and writing.
