Electrical Practical Engineer

Location: Jerusalem, Israel; on-site presence required 5 days per week

What you will do

• Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve electrical and building systems across company facilities.
• Act as the technical focal point and subject matter expert for electrical infrastructure and related building systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve reliability and performance.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and support daily operational needs across facility systems.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers during maintenance, repair, and upgrade activities.
• Lead infrastructure improvement projects, analyze system performance, and provide optimization recommendations.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience maintaining and operating electrical infrastructure and building systems.
• Certified Electrical Practical Engineer or Electrical Engineering Technician qualification required.
• Valid Chief Electrician License required.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems in commercial buildings or high-tech environments.
• Experience managing contractors, service providers, and external vendors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical standards, safety regulations, system performance analysis, and operational best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience working with HVAC systems in commercial, office, industrial, or laboratory environments.
