What you will do
- Coordinate Greater China executive governance forums, including management business reviews and China SWAT meetings.
- Standardize and continuously optimize the five-step Integrated Business Planning process across Greater China.
- Drive digital transformation, AI-based forecasting adoption, KPI improvement, and root-cause analysis for demand planning deviations.
- Develop market intelligence, scenario planning, and risk-mitigation playbooks for NRDL, VBP, tenders, policy changes, and competitive events.
- Build standardized ways of working, knowledge-sharing infrastructure, and capability development across Greater China business units.
- Lead local-to-local product launches and end-to-end supply planning, including inventory policies, supply constraints, manufacturing coordination, and distribution readiness.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of supply chain experience focused on demand planning, product strategy, IBP, or S&OP in a multinational pharmaceutical or FMCG environment.
- Experience leading executive-level business reviews and governance processes.
- Deep understanding of China healthcare policy dynamics, including NRDL, VBP, provincial tenders, and new product launches.
- Experience leading or optimizing market- or regional-level IBP/S&OP processes and end-to-end supply planning.
- Proficiency with demand planning tools such as Kinaxis and SAP APO/IBP, plus experience with AI/ML forecasting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English is required. A bachelor’s degree or above in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field is required.
