Project Manager Logistics Global Processes SAP ERP / Logistics Projects and CIP (SAP ERP)

hirify.global, with the role associated with Vibracoustic Toluca S.A. de C.V., offers a full-time logistics project management position focused on global processes and SAP ERP projects.

What you will do

• Define and continuously improve material flow, warehouse, equipment, posting, and logistics standards across plants.
• Coordinate global logistics standards, operational efficiency projects, cost-saving programs, workshops, and benchmarking activities.
• Lead global continuous improvement, standardization, and implementation projects involving ERP, WM, MRP, SD, PP, MES, and CMMS.
• Translate logistics requirements into specifications and coordinate implementation, including SAP customizing, as the interface between business and IT.
• Manage end-to-end logistics processes, define KPIs, document processes, and support continuous improvement.
• Deliver training, knowledge transfer, plant process reviews, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, SCM, IT, and logistics management.

Requirements

• Academic degree with a focus on logistics or production.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive industry.
• Experience leading complex logistics projects, processes, and international teams.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems, including MM, WM, PP, SD, and PM processes, with consulting and customizing experience.
• Knowledge of logistics and production flows, warehouse operations, and material flow planning.
• Very good written and spoken English skills are required. Analytical thinking, leadership, communication, organization, prioritization, customer orientation, and cross-cultural skills are expected.
