What you will do

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team across multiple outlets and event operations to deliver memorable dining experiences.
• Design and continuously evolve menus in collaboration with regional F&B leadership.
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficient service delivery.
• Implement strong kitchen systems for preparation, workflow, hygiene, and inventory control.
• Manage staffing schedules and team development to ensure productivity and wellbeing.
• Control food costs, labor, and inventory while implementing waste reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy, high-quality environment.
• Strong expertise in menu creation and multi-outlet or high-volume operations.
• Proven experience leading teams, coaching talent, and fostering collaboration.
• Strong financial understanding, including budgeting, P&L awareness, and food cost control.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
