Batching Operative (Food Production)

Location: Onsite in Buckingham, United Kingdom; Monday to Friday day shift

Salary: £27,500 per year

What you will do

• Prepare production batches according to SOPs and daily schedules.
• Maintain full allergen control and prevent cross-contamination.
• Complete electronic and paper-based quality and traceability checks.
• Coordinate the supply of raw materials, pallets, and consumables.
• Maintain accurate production records in SAP and escalate issues when required.
• Support BRC audits, site visits, production trials, and resolution of non-conformances with Quality, Engineering, and R&D.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite at the Buckingham production site on a Monday-to-Friday day shift.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, food safety, quality, and allergen-control standards.
• Accurate approach to records, checks, traceability, and operational procedures.
• Effective communication and collaboration with production and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to plan, prioritize resources, respond positively to setbacks, and pursue continuous improvement.
