Junior Business Development Chef

Location: London - The Shard; flexible and hybrid working approach, including the ability to work from abroad.

What you will do

• Deliver culinary training on product USPs for sales, marketing, and clients.
• Develop customer-costed, nutrition-compliant recipes, product presentations, selling stories, and culinary activation materials.
• Translate global and local food trends into customer-relevant concepts and recipes.
• Coordinate and execute culinary engagement sessions, product demonstrations, trade shows, PR events, and customer activations.
• Collaborate with R&D product developers and innovation chefs on culinary guidance and NPD launches.
• Manage internal or external professional kitchen operations and participate in the KHC Chefs Network.

Requirements

• Strong professional culinary background or credentials from a development chef role, classical catering college, and supplementary restaurant or hotel training.
• At least 3 years of foodservice experience across hotels, FSR, QSR, pubs, catering, industry, or institutional environments.
• At least 1 year of experience in a corporate environment.
• Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, commercial, networking, consumer-focus, and project management skills.
