Fraud Delivery Analyst (Fintech)

Location: In office at 800 Prides Crossing, Newark, Delaware, US 19713

Salary: $31.39–$50.14 per hour, with eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Help define project scope, objectives, and functional specifications.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Research business challenges and evaluate related technology solutions.
• Support project proposals through problem definition, solution evaluation, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Create reports, process flows, and models to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related technical role.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Adaptability, trainability, and willingness to grow in the role.
