What you will do

• Coordinate regional activities to establish and scale APD experience centers.
• Increase awareness and adoption of APD and PD therapies across the region.
• Develop and mentor speakers through training and knowledge-sharing programs.
• Advocate for PD therapy at government levels by positioning it as a cost-effective care option.
• Map, analyze, and optimize the patient journey to improve customer experience and identify business opportunities.
• Initiate patient-focused projects to enhance brand awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with a digital or medical background.
• 5+ years of experience in a major pharmaceutical company.
• Agile mindset and ability to scale solutions in resource-limited settings.
• Strong customer experience management skills.
