DBU-Senior Brand Manager-Shanghai (Pharmaceuticals)

Location: Shanghai, China; onsite

What you will do

• Plan and execute product lifecycle and brand management activities.
• Identify business growth opportunities and define customer behavior objectives.
• Develop and manage customer engagement and omnichannel plans.
• Produce branded content and communicate production requirements to creative and media suppliers.
• Monitor healthcare environment and market insights, including KOL information, using data and reports.
• Build professional engagement platforms, coordinate stakeholder visits, regional training, society meetings, and KOL management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience; experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or above; medicine, public health, or marketing background is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and fluent Mandarin are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Growth mindset, people championing, and strong execution skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Shanghai, China.
