Senior Patient Solution Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated patient solution strategies and initiatives supporting business objectives.
• Collaborate with access, DTP, finance, marketing, medical, patient advocacy, legal, compliance, and other functions to advance patient solution platforms and programs.
• Manage patient solution programs with third-party partners, charitable foundations, government bodies, academic associations, and patient groups.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver programs and maintain strong engagement.
• Engage external stakeholders to identify patient needs, customer insights, and unmet needs.
• Translate patient journey, disease awareness, and market research insights into business plans while ensuring compliance and integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• More than five years of commercial experience in the healthcare industry.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to synthesize and communicate local customer insights.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder commitments, influencing teams, and navigating complex projects.
• Ability to lead through influence and implement strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong commitment to integrity, compliance, active listening, and empathy.

Nice to have

• Background in commercial, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.
• One to two years of experience in patient solutions or a related function at a multinational pharmaceutical company.
