Vx-MKT Business Innovation- (Sr.) Brand Manager- Shanghai/ Beijing (Vaccines)

Location: Shanghai, China; the position title also references Beijing.

What you will do

• Support strategic planning and innovation programs based on Vaccines Business Unit priorities and brand strategies.
• Design end-to-end innovation journeys, service offerings, and programs addressing healthcare organization, customer, and consumer needs.
• Deploy programs through briefing materials, collaboration mechanisms, SOPs, field briefings, and onboarding activities.
• Track program KPIs and milestones, manage projects and budgets within agreed limits, and report progress to leadership and field teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, consumer, field, legal, compliance, procurement, medical, vendor, customer, and ecosystem stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience in vaccines or pharmaceuticals, preferably in innovation-related functions such as omnichannel, digital projects, or healthcare insurance.
• Strategic planning, user journey, and campaign design skills with a practical, business-oriented approach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required.
