Adjunct Faculty - CID Competency-Based Bachelor of General Studies (Education)

What you will do

• Teach three semester credit hours during each seven-week term in the required discipline.
• Facilitate fully online competency-based education courses using the standard syllabus and course materials.
• Respond to student inquiries within 24 hours.
• Provide timely feedback on assignments, assessments, evaluations, and competency progress.
• Assess student grades according to established course requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate hours in the relevant field for undergraduate teaching, or a terminal degree in the field or a closely related field for graduate teaching.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work cooperatively, and work with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work after business hours and on weekends.
• Completion of a criminal history investigation and verification of credentials is required for employment.
