Associate Director, Forecasting - Dermatology

What you will do

• Lead short- and long-range patient, volume, and revenue forecasting for Dupixent’s US Dermatology portfolio.
• Develop forecast models and scenarios for in-line products, launches, future indications, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Market Research, Market Access, Analytics, and Data Management teams to improve forecast inputs and assumptions.
• Incorporate payer mix, access assumptions, government rebates, market research, analogue analyses, and external forecasts.
• Prepare and present forecast reviews, performance updates, end-of-month analyses, and ROI or break-even assessments to US, North America, and global leadership.
• Coordinate SKU-level forecasts for supply chain planning and explain variances in S&OP meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of direct forecasting experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, or an advanced degree with 3–4 years of experience.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, business, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining short- and long-term forecast models; advanced Microsoft Excel expertise is required.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources, including IQVIA data, patient services data, and specialty pharmacy data.
• Understanding of the US payer and health insurance environment and the pharmaceutical or biotech landscape.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and influence cross-functional business decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience in relevant therapeutic areas, including Dermatology.
• Experience with VBA, SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages.
• Advanced degree such as MS, MBA, or PhD.
