Manager - Client Senior (Banking)

Location: In-office role at 10880 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, California, US 90024; listed as Sales Hybrid.

Starting base salary: $71,869–$114,797 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Lead branch sales and service efforts while maintaining high client service standards.
• Hire, coach, mentor, and develop internal sales and service colleagues, including conducting annual reviews.
• Build and maintain client relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities, and support new business acquisition.
• Partner with branch managers, relationship managers, and internal teams on client solutions and joint client calls.
• Manage branch operational integrity, risk management, loss prevention, certifications, and audits.
• Ensure colleague adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of direct client service experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a banking environment.
• At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• SAFE Act registration in good standing, current Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry registration/licensure, or eligibility to register.
• Strong knowledge of bank products, policies, procedures, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, leadership, and team-building skills.
