Data Analysis Manager

Salary: $136,100–$147,000 per year for the Data Analyst Manager level.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Analysts while fostering technical excellence and data literacy.
• Oversee analytics projects, reporting initiatives, and deliverables aligned with organizational and stakeholder needs.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Information Services, Data Engineering, and Data Science stakeholders to identify and deliver data-driven improvements.
• Establish data governance practices that improve data integrity, traceability, consistency, and trust.
• Expand self-service reporting through reusable data products, dashboards, semantic models, and governed reporting solutions.
• Advance analytics from descriptive reporting toward predictive analytics, statistical process control, and AI-enabled decision support, including evaluation of Microsoft Fabric.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or related analytical disciplines.
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience, including team, priority, and complex project management.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
• Experience developing business intelligence, semantic modeling, and reporting solutions with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and project management skills; satisfactory background check and drug test required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience leading analytics, reporting, or data governance programs and promoting self-service analytics.
• Experience with Azure-based analytics platforms, modern data architectures, predictive analytics, machine learning, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience supporting manufacturing organizations.
