Expected annual base salary: $100,000–$140,000

hirify.global is an alternative asset manager with investment vehicles across private equity, real estate, public debt and equity, infrastructure, life sciences, growth equity, credit, real assets, and secondary funds.

What you will do

• Prepare and oversee quarterly NAV and portfolio reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with internal operations teams.
• Prepare quarterly and annual fund financial statements, investor statements, forecasts, performance estimates, and attribution reports.
• Maintain partner capital accounts and prepare or review capital calls, distributions, expense allocations, management fees, carried interest, incentive fees, and wire payments.
• Track investment costs, monitor fair values, and reconcile loan investments and debt financings between Investran and internal operations systems.
• Review fund legal documents, support new fund launches, and improve internal and investor reporting processes and templates.
• Coordinate year-end audits, collaborate with investment and operations teams, and oversee the offshore accounting team.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills.
• 2+ years of public accounting or private equity experience.
• Strong time management and commitment to excellence in work product.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
• Strong desire to learn.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
