Principal Software Engineer

Overview

Work as a Principal Software Engineer focused on C++ development, system design, and technical leadership in a global AI and intelligent automation company trusted by Fortune 500 clients.

What you will do

• Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of complex systems
• Drive architectural decisions and long-term technical direction
• Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews and technical discussions
• Identify and resolve performance and reliability issues
• Integrate systems with other languages and platforms
• Promote code quality and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 10+ years experience with C++ and modern standards
• Strong understanding of COM and system-level programming
• Experience with system integration (e.g., pybind11, JNI)
• Proven mentorship and leadership skills
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to have

• Experience leading cross-team technical efforts and architectural decisions
• Knowledge of design patterns and software architecture in distributed systems
• Ability to manage technical debt and maintainability strategies
• Experience influencing product direction through technical insights
• Comfort working with legacy systems and modernization planning
