Location: Lisbon, Portugal; work in the hirify.global Capability Center in Lisbon

Salary: EUR 31,014.80–41,961.20 per year

What you will do

• Drive full-cycle recruitment from hiring-manager partnership and recruitment strategy through sourcing, interviews, and hiring recommendations.
• Develop creative talent attraction strategies and strengthen the employer brand.
• Use an AI-driven Candidate Relationship Management System.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and provide diverse, high-quality candidate shortlists.
• Support smooth onboarding and integration of new hires into hirify.global’s HR systems.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize recruitment processes.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, innovative, results-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategic recruitment solutions.
• Curiosity and market awareness to understand evolving business needs.
• Fluency in English and German is required.

Nice to have

• Recruitment experience in technology, global operations, supply chain, or medical affairs.
• Experience in the healthcare sector.
