Strategy Insights & Planning Associate Consultant (Insights & Forecasting)

Location: Hybrid in Evanston or Chicago, Illinois, United States; regular work from home and on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices. Client-facing travel is required as needed.

Salary: $120,000–$137,000 per year, plus potential cost-of-living adjustments, bonuses, and benefits.

What you will do

• Support strategic decision-making through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Conduct market and desk research to generate actionable client insights.
• Develop forecasting models to assess commercial opportunities and market potential.
• Support pipeline strategy, portfolio planning, and brand strategy initiatives across multiple brands and therapeutic areas.
• Create client-ready presentations and communicate complex findings clearly.
• Coordinate project plans, mitigate risks and issues, manage client relationships, and mentor Associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with quantitative coursework in areas such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences, or social sciences.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in consulting, life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, market research, analytics, forecasting, or a related field.
• Ability to interpret and synthesize quantitative and qualitative information.
• Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with forecasting, market assessments, competitive intelligence, or commercial analytics.
