Intermediate QA Engineer

What you will do

• Design and execute functional and API tests for hirify.global core functionality.
• Develop automated tests within the existing framework and infrastructure using Testim, Selenium, Postman, and JMeter.
• Integrate automated testing with CI and own a small automation backlog to improve coverage and stability.
• Review user stories, write and update test cases, and apply business rules and logic to ensure consistent software quality.
• Log clear reproduction steps and collaborate with Project, Product, Development, and Production Support teams on deliverables.
• Follow QA COE standards, processes, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Experience executing functional and API tests.
• Ability to develop and maintain automated tests within an established framework.
• Understanding of business rules, user stories, and software quality practices.
• Ability to document clear defect reproduction steps and follow QA processes.
• Availability to work in Manila, Philippines.
