Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Location: In-office in Minneapolis, United States

Annual base pay: $121,000–$151,000, with possible additional compensation through commission or incentive programs.

What you will do

• Develop scalable, secure, enterprise-ready full-stack software from conception through deployment.
• Build user-focused solutions using client-side and server-side technologies.
• Manage operational integrity through CI/CD pipelines, regression testing, security audits, and performance monitoring.
• Design adaptable architectures and manage the lifecycle of data-driven applications, including ETL, API consumption, transformation, and front-end implementation.
• Translate stakeholder needs and end-user stories into technical visions, roadmaps, and maintainable software solutions.
• Review, troubleshoot, document, and improve existing solutions while coaching and upskilling other developers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering full-stack enterprise solutions.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Practical experience with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Cloud Build.
• Deep proficiency in React or Angular, modern CSS and styling frameworks, and state management.
• Expert knowledge of C#/.NET Core, Python, or Node.js, along with API design.
• Must provide verification of the legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
