Shift Supervisor, Facilities

Location: Seminole Casino Hotel Immokalee, Immokalee, Florida, United States; on-site shift work with routine field inspections and physical facility duties.

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate general maintenance mechanics and tradespeople during an assigned shift.
• Assign corrective, emergency, and preventive maintenance jobs and ensure timely completion.
• Perform routine inspections at on-site and off-site locations and oversee maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
• Prepare technical reports, maintain logbooks, and apply applicable fire, health, safety, environmental, and building codes.
• Coordinate maintenance and modification projects with other departments to minimize guest interruption.
• Respond to service calls and emergencies, assist with customer evacuation, and train personnel as appropriate.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; trade school certificate preferred.
• One to three years of commercial or industrial facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• One to three years of casino environment experience preferred.
• Valid Florida trade license preferred.
• Ability to prioritize changing service needs and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and carry supplies up to 20 pounds, and push or pull equipment exceeding 100 pounds.
