B Shift Facilities Supervisor (Industrial Maintenance)

Location: US - IN US8 Midwest Distribution Center; onsite, Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.

Salary: $35.00–$40.67 per hour.

What you will do

• Perform facility maintenance, including patching and painting walls and floors, replacing lights, repairing racking, and moving or setting up office furniture.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and complete preventive maintenance on conveyor equipment and heavy industrial systems.
• Work with AC/DC controls, PLC-controlled equipment, pneumatics, electrical systems up to 480 volts, control cabinets, power supplies, and field devices.
• Use maintenance and conveyor system software to monitor equipment, trend performance, enter work-order data, and document analytical test results.
• Follow lockout/tagout, confined-space, safety, and environmental procedures while completing pass-down logs.
• Manage minor projects, develop reliability improvements, maintain working relationships, and train lower-grade employees.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of industrial maintenance experience with conveyors, controls, and operating systems in a medium-to-large distribution center or manufacturing operation.
• Experience with pneumatics, AC/DC motors, industrial electrical systems, and high- and low-voltage equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including automatic identification systems and laser scanning devices.
• Strong project planning, project management, leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Valid driver’s license and forklift certification required; an associate degree is preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of OSHA compliance.
• Conversational Spanish skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
