Director of Collections

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Collections software program portfolio from initiation through implementation and ongoing production service.
• Lead multiple concurrent software programs, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations.
• Establish processes for consistent, high-quality functional and technical solution designs with the Enterprise Architect.
• Develop and execute the software delivery strategy in alignment with organisational objectives.
• Manage project interdependencies, resource planning, and capacity across the Collections portfolio.
• Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience, operational efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of credit risk, collections, and financial services.
• Knowledge and experience of the software delivery lifecycle.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience overseeing large programs with multiple concurrent projects.
• Degree in Business Computing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or an equivalent combination of industry and technical qualifications or experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills and proactive management of internal and external stakeholders.
