Head of Program Delivery

What you will do

• Build and own a single view of portfolio and program health across the business.
• Run tracking and reporting for complex cross-brand and cross-functional programs.
• Surface delivery risks, conflicts, and dependencies early for leadership action.
• Bring structure and regular operating rhythms to portfolio planning and prioritization.
• Provide Product and Commercial leaders with clear visibility into commitments, risks, and competing priorities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management.
• Experience leading and building a program or portfolio delivery function and managing a team.
• Track record of managing concurrent, cross-functional programs with accountability for delivery health.
• Ability to hold senior stakeholders accountable for delivery and timelines while maintaining effective relationships.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to translate risks into actionable business terms.
• Experience building and operating a single source of truth using Jira or an equivalent tool across teams with different levels of maturity.
