What you will do
- Build trusted relationships with clients, consultants, teams, and delivery partners to align strategy and execution plans.
- Lead the innovation and transformation agenda for an enterprise infrastructure program.
- Conduct discovery activities, diagnostics, and maturity assessments to define transformation and efficiency initiatives.
- Design pilot programs, lead stress and success testing, evaluate results, and refine execution plans.
- Lead program rollout and transition into business-as-usual operations, including benefits measurement and realisation.
- Manage specialist capability and subconsultant or subject-matter-expert contributions to ensure value for money.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise change, innovation, and transformation programs.
- Strategic leadership experience, including identifying emerging needs, risks, and opportunities.
- Experience developing action plans and applying data-based decision-making.
- Strong communication, reporting, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups and managing competing priorities.
