Application Platform Administrator

What you will do

• Administer application platform environments and tenant-level configurations.
• Monitor operational health, capacity, performance, and security across platform services.
• Plan and optimize capacity for reliable and cost-effective service delivery.
• Support governed enterprise usage across multiple application, data engineering, security, quality, and FinOps teams.
• Develop lower- to mid-level solutions and reports.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience administering application platforms in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with FinOps practices for SaaS and capacity-based services.
• Knowledge of data governance and information protection policies.
• Strong understanding of application and platform licensing, environment strategies, and platform architecture.
• Experience with datasets, workspaces, refresh processes, gateways, capacity metrics, and performance tuning.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Azure, or Microsoft 365 Admin Centers.
• Experience with Power BI Premium or Microsoft Fabric capacities and Microsoft Fabric workload administration.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or custom monitoring solutions.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, PL-400, PL-200, DP-500, or equivalent Power BI/Fabric certification.
