Manager, Managed Care Operations (Biopharma)

Salary: $122,250–$176,583 per year

What you will do

• Manage analytics and reporting for two top national accounts.
• Analyze contract terms, amendments, rebate payments, sales, and market share trends.
• Validate claims and adjudicated payments against contracted terms and conditions.
• Partner with Contract Development and account management to operationalize complex and value-based contracts.
• Lead account manager meetings and present account and product insights.
• Prepare reports for quarterly Finance reserve meetings and support audits, customer meetings, and departmental projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• At least 3 years of professional experience, with 2 years in an operations role preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.
• Experience with Model N is preferred.
• Strong organization, accuracy, attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
